Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide top-tier dining service to residents, families, and guests. You will take orders, serve meals, and ensure a welcoming dining environment while honoring dietary restrictions per care plans. The role requires strong communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food service operations, and supporting teammates to deliver outstanding resident experiences every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Experience or ability to learn restaurant operations.
• Must be 18 years or older with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking orders and serving meals to residents, family members and guests.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and assist with setup, serving, and clearing.
• Engage with residents courteously and accommodate dietary needs per care plans.
• Deliver meals to rooms when requested and assist with tray retrieval as needed.
• Support kitchen and dining staff by restocking supplies and helping with deliveries.
