Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dining Server to deliver high-quality dining service for residents. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in meal orders, and maintaining a clean dining area while adhering to dietary needs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include serving meals, assisting with menu choices, and supporting the dining team to ensure a positive resident experience. Applicants should be 18+, pass background checks, and be able to operate serving equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have proper work permit and authorization.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment (salad bar/heating cart, trays, etc.).
• Must meet state regulatory requirements including Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, families, and guests.
• Uphold high table etiquette, clear dishes between courses, and reset tables for next service.
• Attend to residents' dining needs and assist with menu selections.
• Follow care plans and dietary restrictions as outlined by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean dining area and assist with restocking and turnover.
