Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a restaurant/server assistant to ensure smooth service by supporting servers and keeping the dining area clean and organized. The role involves assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food items.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, uphold health and sanitation guidelines, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum high school diploma or be enrolled in HS/GED.
Teamwork and communication skills required.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Ensures dining areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained before, during and after services.
Upholds health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintains a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently.
Deliver food orders promptly and correctly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
Communicates effectively to ensure timely, accurate and satisfactory service.
