Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide water, bread, condiments, and other table necessities promptly.
• Clear used plates, glassware, and silverware without disrupting guests.
• Reset and prepare tables quickly for the next seating.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Communicate table needs and guest requests to servers or managers.
• Maintain clean dining rooms, patios, server stations, and side-work areas.
• Restock glassware, linens, silverware, plates, and service supplies.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards.
