Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a part-time Dishwasher to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. You will support kitchen operations by cleaning dishes and maintaining sanitation, enabling a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organized.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, and sanitize garbage cans.
