Job summary

Moravian Village Of Bethlehem is seeking a Dining Room Coordinator in Bethlehem, PA to oversee the daily operational flow of our Residential dining venues. You will schedule and supervise dining room staff, manage opening/closing side work, and coordinate set-up and service for catered events while maintaining time clock software.

The role requires knowledge of geriatric dining, a Serv-Safe Certification, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality or culinary arts is strongly desired.
• Serv-Safe Certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, & holidays.
• Knowledge of geriatric population advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational flow of Residential dining venues.
• Schedule and supervise dining room staff; ensure opening/closing side work is completed.
• Set up and service for catered events; maintain time clock software.
• Maintain resident monthly meal counts and charges for guests and catered events.
• Coordinate meal service and resident dining experience.
