Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to manage the dining room operations and uphold an exceptional resident experience. This role focuses on maintaining a positive atmosphere, supervising service flow, and ensuring high standards of hospitality within our community.

You will lead, train, and support serving staff, monitor cleanliness and sanitation, and uphold consistent, high-quality customer service for residents and guests alike.
