Job summary

The Arbor At Lake Worth in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for a full-time role with a schedule of 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM on Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu. You will oversee dining room operations and lead a team to ensure a warm, welcoming dining experience.

You will train staff, uphold service standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the dining area, creating a positive community experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Previous experience training others in customer service, efficient serving techniques, table setting, and side work

Responsibilities

• You oversee the operation and appearance of the dining room, maintaining a positive experience for all patrons
• You provide leadership, development, and training for all serving staff
