Job summary

Arbor Terrace Citrus Park, Assisted Living is seeking a Dining Room Manager to oversee the dining room operation, ensuring a high-quality guest experience and clean, well‑staffed service areas.

You’ll lead, train, and develop staff while upholding the community’s standards for sanitation and service excellence. This role is a full‑time position based in Tampa, FL, focused on delivering compassionate dining services to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience training others in customer service and serving techniques.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room operation and appearance for a positive guest experience.
• Provide leadership, development, and training for serving staff.
