Job summary

The Arbor Company in New Jersey is seeking friendly servers to deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus for our residents. You will create a warm, welcoming dining experience and assist residents with special requests.

You'll work as a team to keep the dining room clean and inviting while enjoying benefits like PTO, health/dental insurance, 401K with employer matching, tuition support, student loan assistance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must pass a level 2 background check.
• Ability to maintain positive resident relations through courtesy and cooperation.
