Job summary

The Village at Proprietors Green in Marshfield, MA is seeking a Part-time Dining Room Evening Supervisor to lead our dining team from 3pm to 7pm, Monday through Friday. This role reports to the Director of Dining Room Services and offers 25 hours per week, with a focus on service excellence and smooth evening operations.

Starting wage is $22.75 per hour, with comprehensive orientation, ongoing training, and benefits including holidays, personal time, vacation, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the food service industry is required.

• Work alongside DR Management to oversee evening Dining Room operations ensuring meals are served efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
• The Dining Room Supervisor will demonstrate quality customer service, leadership and supervisory skills while managing the workflow and implementing structure and organization amongst the Servers.

The Village at Proprietors Green is a well-established 149-unit Senior Living Community offering a continuum of independent, assisted and memory care apartments in Marshfield, MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of senior services for over 75 years.

The Dining Room Supervisor role is a part-time position (Monday thru Friday from 3pm to 7pm) for a total of 25/hours per week and reporting to the Director of Dining Room Services.

Job Responsibilities:
