Village at Proprietors Green, Marshfield MA, is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to support independent and assisted living residents. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours (32 hours weekly) with shifts Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun, 8am–4:30pm, reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is dependable, warm, and a collaborative team member. Experience is preferred but not required, and we provide training and growth opportunities within a well-respected,

The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who is dependable, warm and empathetic with with our Senior populationand a willingness to work as a collaborative team member. Experience preferred but not necessary.

This is a full time or part-time 32 hour position scheduled for Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday from 8am to 4:30pm (with flexibility) and reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Essential Functions:

The Housekeeping role entails light housekeeping tasks for Residents in the Independent and Assisted Living neighborhoods as well as maintaining light cleaning tasks to the common areas of the community ensuring the beauty and cleanliness of our VPG community.
