The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our team in Marshfield, MA. This full-time position in our Memory Care community requires every other weekend availability.

As an Activities Assistant, you will facilitate small group activities, transport residents, and help meet their social and psychological needs. We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k matching, and more.

Activities Assistant

The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

Join our amazing team of thoughtful and caring team members. We offer a comprehensive New Hire orientation as well as ongoing trainings including, but not limited to, Dementia, Disaster & Emergency andElder Abuse.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Assisted Living andMemory Care is preferred, but not required. Interest and demonstrated ability to work with the elderly. Individualized skills in crafts, music or education preferred.

Available Positions:

• Full-time (40hour) position available in our Memory Carecommunity. Every other weekend required.

Job Duties

The Activity Assistantsfacilitatesmall group activitieswith direction from the Program Director. Transports residents to and from activities as needed. Contributes to meeting the social, phycological and spiritual needs of the residents.
