Covenant Living in Cromwell, CT, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to lead dining room staff and ensure organized, pleasant dining for residents. You will coordinate meal reservations, seating, and service quality in collaboration with the Dining Services Director.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, dining service experience, and solid organizational and communication skills; minimum age 18.

This position is accountable for providing supervision and direction for the dining room wait staff in order to assure organized, efficient and pleasant dining for the residents. Additionally, this position is to facilitate the greeting and seating of residents as they enter the dining room for dinner. It is essential that this be done in a consistent fashion and in such a way that is sets a positive tone for the entire meal period.
Compensation Pay Range: $19.13 - $25.43 per hour
Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.13 - $25.43 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
