Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Restaurant Steward (Dishwasher) to maintain cleanliness of china, glassware, silverware and utensils in our busy kitchen operation.

You will perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment, manage waste disposal, stock dish areas, and wipe server trays while supporting culinary staff. The role requires weekend availability, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in a similar position preferred.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized china, glassware, silverware, and utensils.
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Disposal of waste and trash according to standards.
• Restock and wipe server trays; monitor hand sinks.
• Assist culinary staff as needed.
• Represent the club professionally to members and vendors.
