Job summary

Tradition Senior Living in Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Full-time Dining Room Server for our Fort Worth - Clearfork community. You will assist with meal preparation per approved recipes, ensure timely service, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining environment to deliver a high-quality dining experience for residents.

You will report to the Director of Dining in a luxury senior living setting that values innovation, compassion, and excellence in care, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of restaurant-style service.
• Ability read and follow recipes.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to residents' fine dining experience with excellent service.
• Ensure style, quality, and timeliness of meals.
• Maintain clean kitchen and service areas.

We are currently seeking aFull-time Serverat ourFort Worth - Clearforkcommunity. In this role, you will be responsible forthe timely preparation of meals with a high-quality presentation. Prepare meals according to approved recipes and preparation guides. Assist with sanitation of the food service areas and the receiving and inventory of supplies and products. Maintains a safe, sanitary environment and follows regulatory guidelines.The Dining Room Serverreports directly to ourDirector of Diningwho oversees day to day operations of the community'sFood & Beveragedepartment.

Responsibilities...

• Contribute to our resident's fine dining experience by providing excellent customer services and managing high level tasks in a fine dining setting.
• Be able to style, quality and timeliness of meal service.
• Make sure to keep the kitchen and service areas clean.
• Meal presentation (appealing plate, entrée availability and timeliness of preparation).
• Guest relations, (resident/guest interaction, and communication).
• Inventory control

Required...

• At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Posses strong culinary skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant style service as related to meal preparation and service and timing.
• Ability read and follow recipes.
• Possesses sound organizational and time management skills.
• Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
