Job summary

Arbors at Greenfield is seeking a Dining Room Server to support residents with courteous, attentive service in a clean dining environment. You will take meal orders, deliver plates, and ensure residents are satisfied after service.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining room cleanliness, restocking condiments, and assisting the kitchen and dietary staff as needed. Must be 18+, with dietary experience and sensitivity to elders and disabled individuals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have demonstrated dietary experience.
• Must be sensitive to the needs of elders and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining room service with proper etiquette.
• Take resident meal orders, deliver food, and check satisfaction.
• Prepare table condiments prior to service.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset tables after sanitation.
• Stock condiments and beverages as scheduled.
• Support dietary aide and chef as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proper service etiquette
• Place all orders with kitchen for resident meal choices, deliver food, return to each table after being served to see if they are satisfied.
• Prepare table condiments prior to service
• Maintaining Cleanliness of Dining Room
  • Vacuum after each meal service
  • Reset dining room tables after they have been sanitized and cleaned
  • Refill all sugar caddies, S&P shakers
  • Insert daily menus and clean each menu holder
  • Maintain beverage/server pantry
  • Launder cloth napkins, aprons, and kitchen towels
  • Clean all beverage machines (coffee, juice & soda)
  • Adjust all blinds as needed to be uniform
• Stock pub area with condiments, paper goods and replenish all beverages and snacks as scheduled
• Assist dietary aide as needed and time permits
• Assist chef as needed and time permits

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
