McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our Food Services team in a luxury senior living community in Missouri. You’ll deliver warm, personalized service to residents, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment that reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

The role supports a structured day schedule (6:30am-3:30pm style shifts), with weekends rotation and opportunities for growth within a caring, team-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service while serving residents in the Dining Room.
• Take meal orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting Dining Room tables.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment per safety standards.
• Follow infection prevention and safety guidelines at all times.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other duties to support the Food Services department.

Responsibilities Overview:

As a Food Service Server, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. More than serving meals, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service while helping foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll work with the Food Servies team to ensure meals are delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while serving residents in the Dining Room.
• Take meal orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting Dining Room tables before and after meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment in accordance with food and safety standards.
• Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food Services department and community operations.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, restaurants, senior living is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
