Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking a Part-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role involves building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

The position offers morning and evening shifts, opportunities to collaborate with Culinary and Nursing teams, and a supportive work environment within a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs.
• Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures.
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care.

We are currently hiring a Part‑Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Available Openings

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Server Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room
• Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs
