Job summary

Westmont of Cypress, part of Westmont Living, is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join the dining team in our premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community. If you enjoy working with seniors and delivering friendly, attentive service, we welcome your application.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses)
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
• Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and support dining room operations

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.

• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)

• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
