Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High school graduate.
• EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Two years of food service experience in any of the following areas: full-service restaurant, state resort park, hospital, commercial dining room.
• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Food service experience in any of the following areas will substitute for the education on year for year basis: full service restaurant, state resort park, hospital, or commercial dining room.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Driftwood Restaurant Dining Room and Highlands Pub, and assist the Food Service Operations Manager II.
• Manage all dining room and pub employees, inventory, complete scheduling, and evaluate employees.
• Set cleaning schedules, ensure proper opening and closing procedures, ordering, plan promotions, training, and banquets.
• Work hand in hand with the park chef II, Food Service Ops Manager II, and park manager to optimize Driftwood Restaurant and Highlands Pub offerings.
• Deliver the best customer service possible to customers; be a team player and assist with planning and greeting guests.
