Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park, part of Kentucky’s Tourism, Arts, & Heritage Cabinet, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to join Team Kentucky and lead dining room operations at the state park level. The role supports high guest satisfaction in a beautiful park setting, with responsibilities spanning supervision, scheduling, and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises dining room personnel including hostess, cashiers, waitresses and bus-persons.
• Prepares work schedules.
• Trains new employees.
• Greets guests upon arrival to the dining room.
• Maintains cleanliness of dining room area.
• Maintains records.
• Arranges tables to accommodate groups.
• Assists waitresses and sets up for groups.
• Handles daily receipts and inventory.
