Senior Resource Group-SRG's The Village at Northridge is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead an attentive wait staff and ensure dinner service runs smoothly in a senior living community. You will supervise dining room setup, meal service, and post‑meal clearance while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Supervise wait staff in dining room operations and meal service.
• Maintain dining room setup and service readiness with seasonal menus.
• Establish staffing schedules to control overtime and costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service in seating, menus, and dining details.
• Directly supervise dining room employees and enforce policies.
