Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead servers during meal periods and shape an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. As a valued member of the community leadership team, you’ll contribute to culture, operations, and resident experience, ensuring each meal is a moment of meaningful connection.

Must be 21+, with Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm schedule; additional hours for events/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required (Excel and Outlook).
• ServSafe Manager food safety certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Food Handlers permit as required by local ordinances or obtain within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard Servers with Community Managers and Executive Chef; provide training and support growth of Server team.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and systems; monitor and maintain presentation.
• Lead and monitor dining service quality to guarantee resident and guest satisfaction; welcome new residents.
• Participate in community leadership meetings and collaborate to meet resident needs and events.
