Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Outlets Manager to lead the dining room team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee service in the outlets, coordinate with culinary and bar staff, and uphold Hyatt's service standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires strong leadership, thorough knowledge of hospitality operations, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive hotel experience with F&B management responsibilities.
• Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dining room operations and staff performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation policies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise dining room staff and shift scheduling.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
