Job summary

Judson Park, part of HumanGood, is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining-room operations and supervise front‑of‑house staff, ensuring exceptional service and resident satisfaction in Des Moines, WA.

The role requires at least 6 months of supervisory dining experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Shifts include both AM and PM; 5 days per week with some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum six (6) months of supervisory or management experience in dining services or related environment.
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, catering, or senior living experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the dining team during daily service.
• Work hands-on in the Bistro and Dining Room, including serving residents and guests.
• Support catering and special events, including setup, service, breakdown, and event execution.
• Assist with scheduling, training, service standards, and team accountability.
• Respond to resident and guest needs and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Partner with the Dining Director and culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
