Job summary

Waltonwood is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dining room operations and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver a high-quality culinary experience for our residents. The role includes leading and training associates, scheduling staff, and ensuring smooth, efficient dining room service.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory and food service experience in the hospitality industry required.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of dining etiquettes and high level of customer service.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule dining room associates and plan dining room setup based on anticipated resident census and needs.
• Cover shifts as a Server or Host as needed.
• Assist in supervision and training of dining room staff to ensure proper service.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of the service team.
• Resolve concerns regarding residents' dining experience.
