Job summary

Waltonwood, a senior living community, seeks a Server to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents. The role involves taking meal orders, delivering meals from the kitchen, and clearing tables while maintaining professional, respectful interactions with residents and team members.

As a liaison between residents and cooks, you will uphold dining standards, support housekeeping and sanitation, and contribute to a warm, inviting dining atmosphere for our residents.

Qualifications

• Prior serving/restaurant experience preferred.
• Dining etiquette knowledge required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals according to resident restrictions and dining room location.
• Serve drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert to residents.
• Interact with residents and staff to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accommodate resident requests and dietary restrictions.
• Clear and reset tables between meals and maintain cleanliness.
