Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Coordinator to manage the on-site dining room and support the restaurant service. You will supervise servers, assist with events, and ensure a delightful dining experience for residents and guests.

Under the guidance of the Chef Manager, you’ll train front-of-house staff, uphold hospitality standards, and collaborate with Sales, Activities, and residents to plan programs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory dining experience in senior living, restaurant, hotel, or similar service industry.
• Ability to train front-of-house staff in service standards and safety.

Responsabilités

• Lead dining room operations for service and events.
• Supervise and train servers; manage seating and flow of guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining spaces (Dining Room, Bistro).
• Coordinate with Chef Manager and other teams to execute special events.
