Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Maintains sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and staff.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Removes plates and cleans up spills to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Cleans and restocks dishwashing areas and stores deliveries as needed.
• Prepares food for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Reads orders and prepares items quickly and accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards.
