Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is hiring for a McAlister's Deli location to join our hourly team. This role encompasses food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook duties across shifts, focusing on guest satisfaction and food safety.

You'll support front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring timely service, clean dining areas, proper food handling, and adherence to sanitation policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Food runner duties: delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, and responds to guest requests after delivery.
• Busser duties: cleans tables and chairs, maintains table settings, and clears spills or needs.
• Dishwasher duties: washes dishes, preps dish area, restocks, and removes trash.
• Prep cook duties: prepares foods per prep lists, cleans and sanitizes station, and follows safety policies.
• Line cook duties: maintains prep areas, reads orders, restocks station, and ensures food quality.
