Job summary

McAlister's Deli is seeking an Hourly Team Member at a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants. You will perform a variety of duties across the dining room and kitchen, delivering friendly service and keeping guests comfortable.

Responsibilities include food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook tasks. You will support management, follow recipes and safety policies, and help ensure swift, accurate service during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Maintains table setting by removing plates and attending to spills or special needs.
• Cleans and sanitizes station and cleans floors, removes trash, and handles spills.
• Ensures availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Prepares foods for cooking following prep lists and manager directions.
• Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and standards.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in food prep areas and reads orders.
