Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in food service or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of a positive customer service culture in the dining room under the direction of the Restaurant and Hospitality Manager or Director, Restaurant and Hospitality.
• Takes beverage and food orders, delivers food, clears, cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables; maintains customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a clean dining room; washes and sanitizes dishware and keeps areas clean.
• Ensures safety and compliance with Safety Committee Standards.
• Fosters teamwork, initiative, and a positive impact on coworkers, residents, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
