Responsibilities

• Keeps kitchen work areas clean and orderly; maintains sanitation and safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety guidelines.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of waste per policy.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet setup and with loading/unloading supplies.
