Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Dishwasher/Utility to support our kitchen and dining team. You will clean and sanitize dishes, pots and utensils, operate the dishwashing equipment, and help maintain a safe, organized kitchen environment for staff and residents.

This role requires Sunday and Monday shifts, a basic high school education, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with sanitation SOPs.
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and properly.
• Clean, prep and wash pots, pans, utensils, plates and silverware.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and chemical dispensers are adequate.
• Use safety equipment to meet OSHA standards.
• Empty and clean kitchen garbage to dumpster.
• Assist in dining room by clearing dishes during meal service.
