Job summary

Chick-fil-A Texas is hiring a Front of House Team Member for a full-time role. You will ensure guest experience, maintain food presentation, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards. Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard during your shift.

Benefits include hourly pay up to $14.50 based on availability, quarterly raises, PTO, health insurance, 401k, scholarships, and complimentary meals. Applicants must be able to lift 40–60 pounds and commit to at least 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
• Able to lift 40-60 pounds on a consistent basis.
