Job summary

The-Durban-Group is seeking a Dining Room Support Associate to help keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. You will assist with clearing active tables, resetting spaces, and transporting dishes to the dish pit, while contributing to a smooth service flow.

The role requires teamwork, ability to stay on your feet, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Join a fast-paced environment and support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and support team members across the shift.
• Physical Demands: Ability to remain on feet and move continuously for the entire duration of a shift.
• Lifting Capacity: Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs (e.g., loaded bus tubs, trash bags, equipment).

Responsibilities

• Assist front-of-house by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist dining area by clearing plates, glassware, and utensils as guests finish and resetting tables for new guests.
• Transport dirty dishes and full bus tubs from service stations to the dish pit efficiently.
• Keep bus tubs organized and maintain order in the dish area to support dishwashers and floor staff.
• Monitor and change out trash cans in dining and service areas as needed.
• Complete additional operational tasks as designated by management.
