Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Busser to maintain a clean and organized dining area, assist servers, and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for service. The role involves clearing tables, stocking tableware and linens, and assisting with deliveries and cleaning tasks as needed.

You will support food safety procedures, help teammates, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and repetitive hand movements to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Clear off and clean tables for the next customers.
• Keep tables stocked with tableware, linens, and condiments.
• Assist customers when necessary.
• Buss tables to collect soiled plates and flatware.
• Maintain availability of clean dishes at all times.
• Clean kitchen appliances and machines.
• Help unload and store deliveries.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Clean up spills, broken dishes, and trash from tables and floors.
• Refill beverage and ice dispensers.
• Keep linens, tableware, and other items stocked for servers.
