Job summary

Ditka's Restaurant Group seeks a friendly Bus Person to assist food servers by bussing and resetting tables, and maintaining dining room and restroom cleanliness. You may assist in refilling beverages and serving bread or other items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a full service restaurant concept at any position preferred.
• 6 months to one year as a busperson in a full service restaurant.
• Must understand chemicals used in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all designated cleaning/stocking/maintenance duties per established time line.
• Assist servers in bussing and re-setting of tables in assigned stations.
• Maintain assigned areas of responsibility during service periods (rest rooms, entrance, service stations, exterior, etc.).
• Complete pre-shift, running shift, and post-shift set-up, cleaning and stocking per management standards.
• Work in a team environment and support other Bus People/Team Members as needed.
