Job summary

Buckeye Lake Yacht Club Inc is seeking a reliable Busser to join our team in a busy restaurant, where you will maintain dining room cleanliness, set and clear tables, and support servers in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior bussing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for long periods. English fluency is required, with additional languages seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed.
• Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks and bringing out food orders.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
