The Mexicano | Chandler is seeking energetic bussers to help keep our dining area clean, organized, and guest-ready. You will support servers, reset tables, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Current Food Handler Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service
• Replenish table settings and guest-requested items as needed
• Assist with delivering food and supporting service when necessary
• Serve as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Communicate guest needs and requests to the appropriate team members
