Job summary

Omni Hotels in Florida is seeking a friendly Dining Room Attendant to support servers and ensure prompt, courteous service for guests and members. You will assist with clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and transporting food from kitchen to dining areas while upholding sanitation standards.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Past experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift
• Excellent communication & guest service skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Available to work a flexible shift, including days, weekends and holidays.
• TIPS and Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in all tasks to carry out Service Standards.
• Multitask effectively while serving multiple guest needs.
• Follow safety precautions and procedures for a safe environment.
• Ensure products are fresh and of quality.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and linen.
• Reset tables for new guests.
• Transport food from kitchen to dining room promptly while upholding standards.
• Maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
• Complete all closing duties.
