Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to assist servers and ensure prompt, courteous service for guests and members. You will clear and reset tables, move items from the kitchen, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding service standards.

The role requires flexible availability, including days, weekends and holidays, with certification in TIPS and Food Handling preferred or required. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Past experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Flexible shift availability including days, weekends and holidays.
• TIPS and Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstration and ownership in tasks to carry out service standards.
• Multi-task while serving multiple guest needs in an organized manner.
• Observe safety precautions to ensure a safe atmosphere.
• Ensure products are fresh and of quality.
• Clear tables, reset for new guests, and transport items from kitchen promptly.
• Maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
• Complete all closing duties as required.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
