Job summary

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Florida is seeking a Dining Room Attendant PM for the Zen Specialty Restaurant. This full-time role supports servers, clears tables, handles water and bread service, and maintains a clean, inviting dining room.

The position requires hospitality experience, strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Training provided; ServSafe and eTips certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of all menu items.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must maintain a clean, professional image.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Must be comfortable talking with guests.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• ServSafe and eTips certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide bread and water service to guests.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing of plates.
• Reset and clean tables according to standards.
• Clear and polish glassware and silverware.
• Ensure dining room is ready before opening.
• Assist servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean dining room furniture and floors.
