Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Full-Time Dining Room Attendant for Barton Creek Country Club. If you love hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, you'll thrive here. We are proud to be ranked among the top resorts in Texas and the Southwest.

Your responsibilities include assisting servers to ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests and members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance as per Omni standards.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper attire and name tag.
• Provide outstanding service to members and guests, following proper service steps.
• Clean and sanitize service trays daily.
• Bus tables and stock supplies, including ice for side stations.
• Assist in transporting food from kitchen to floor promptly.
• Ensure food items are covered, labeled, and expired items discarded.
• Set tables with clean linens and tableware.
• Keep furniture and floors clean and well-arranged.
• Assist servers during operating hours, such as refilling drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and service areas.
• Be knowledgeable about menus and beverage offerings.
• Wear gloves when handling food.
• Cross-train in other restaurant positions.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Adherence to compensation and tip reporting guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
