• Two years of kitchen managerial experience
• Five years of volume cooking experience
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen staff scheduling to ensure quality and productivity
• Ensure recipe consistency and adherence to standards while enabling menu creativity
• Drive resident and guest satisfaction through superior dining service
• Manage food orders and inventory to minimize waste and control costs
• Train staff on safety, food handling, and kitchen cleanliness; uphold company policies
• Collaborate with leadership, regional teams and corporate support to meet goals
• Lead staffing activities including interviewing, hiring, performance coaching and delegation
