Job Description

This is a REMOTE role with approximately 50% travel within the region.

The Dining Performance Manager supports Aramark’s Correctional Services clients with innovation, retail merchandising, promotions, and an elevated dining experience. This role acts as a liaison between Aramark’s marketing, regional teams, and client locations across a geographical region, ensuring client and consumer needs are met while maintaining Aramark standards.

The position reports to the Director of Food and Retail Innovation and interacts with management, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Travel:

Approximately 50% within the designated region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage repeatable field processes to meet or exceed key metrics such as operating profit, product rotation, waste management, menu presentation, and merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Regional Leadership to implement processes and programs that drive results in staff amenities and retail dining environments.
  • Monitor industry trends and gather insights on local pricing, products, and vendors. Conduct surveys and feedback loops to improve service.
  • Train and inspire field teams on new planograms, menus, promotions, and signage to ensure proper setup and communication.
  • Support operations with client reviews, events, sales presentations, insights, new products, training, and audits.
  • Collaborate with regional growth teams on retail proposals, including content, costs, and revenue targets during bid processes.
  • Assist with large account openings, ensuring all components (signage, merchandising, on-site installs) are ready for implementation.
  • Become the expert on staff dining technology, including reporting, promotions, loyalty, and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, food service, advertising, CPG, DSD, or retail marketing preferred.
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, concise recommendations.
  • Experience activating brand standards and executing consistently across service points.
  • Significant organizational and project management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team within a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI of programs.
  • Proactive, assertive, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
