Job Description

This is a REMOTE role with 50% travel within the region.

The Dining Performance Manager is responsible for supporting Aramark's Correctional Services clients with innovation, retail merchandising, promotions, and an elevated dining experience. This role acts as a liaison between Aramark's marketing team, regional team, and client locations across a geographical region. The goal is to meet client and consumer needs while adhering to Aramark standards.

The position reports to the Director of Food and Retail Innovation and interacts with management, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Travel:

Approximately 50% within the designated region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage repeatable field processes to meet key metrics such as operating profit, product rotation, waste management, and merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Regional Leadership to implement processes and programs that drive results.
• Monitor industry trends and seek insights for local pricing, products, and vendors.
• Train and motivate field teams on new planograms, menus, promotions, and signage.
• Support operations with client reviews, events, sales presentations, and audits.
• Collaborate with the regional growth team on retail proposals, costs, and revenue targets during bids.
• Assist in large account openings to ensure readiness.
• Be an expert on staff dining technology, including reporting, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing; food service, advertising, CPG, DSD, or retail marketing preferred.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations.
• Experience in organizational and project management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team within a matrix organization.
• Proven sales growth and ROI measurement skills.
• Proactive and strategic thinking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required.
