Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Dining Services Leader to supervise and optimize all aspects of food service operations for residents. You will manage dining rooms, kitchens, and related functions to deliver an exceptional dining experience while coordinating with dieticians and care teams.

The role emphasizes staff training, safety compliance, and cost management, with opportunities to sponsor CDM licensure and advance within senior living operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in dining.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Exposure to dining room operations and kitchen operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of dining services and ensure equipment, inventory, and resources are available.
• Train, coach and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and process improvements to support revenue goals.
