Qualifikationen

• Manage reservations for dining outlets and ensure proper setup for meal periods.
• Schedule staff and monitor payroll/expenses for dining outlets.
• Develop staff within dining outlets and supervise service quality.
• Oversee reports such as menus scores and event summaries; complete weekly schedules.
